Contact TheKabza.com and speak to a licensed agent
Every enquiry that arrives here is read by a licensed agent, not a lead desk that sells your number onward. Tell us the address, the metro or the question, and you get a named person with a license number and a direct line. Nothing is signed on a first call. We would rather spend twenty minutes telling you a deal does not work than three months selling you one that does not. If you want the background first, read [about TheKabza.com](/about) or the [full FAQ](/faq) before you pick up the phone. General line (512) 555-0142 · Property management (512) 555-0177 · hello@thekabzas.com

Four ways to reach us, all of them monitored
No contact channel that disappears into an inbox nobody owns
-
Austin headquarters
600 Congress Avenue, Suite 1400, Austin, TX 78701Our licensed brokerage office, and the room where valuation packets, title review memos and closing calendars are built. Visits are by appointment so the agent on your file is actually in the building, and the garage entrance off Congress is validated for client meetings. Brokerage license displayed in the lobby: [TREC License #______].

Call the direct line
(512) 555-0142Buying, selling and leasing enquiries. A licensed agent answers during business hours; outside them you reach a voicemail box that is cleared every morning and again at 5:00pm CT. Owners and residents already with us should use the property management line at (512) 555-0177, which is monitored around the clock for maintenance emergencies.

Email the desk
hello@thekabzas.comBest for anything with documents attached: a survey, an HOA packet, a builder contract, an inspection report or a rent roll you want a second opinion on. Owner statements, work orders and lease questions go to management@thekabzas.com. We do not add an address to a marketing list because it asked a question.

Office hours
Mon–Fri 8:00am–7:00pm CT
Saturdays 9:00am–5:00pm CT for showings and listing appointments. Closed Sunday, with one standing exception: if your option period, financing deadline or funding date falls on a Sunday, your agent works it and you already have their mobile number. Deadlines do not observe weekends, so neither do we when one is live.

Where your enquiry goes, and how fast it comes back
A submission here is routed by intent and by metro to the licensed agent who covers it, so the first person who replies is the person who would run your file. Enquiries received Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 7:00pm CT are answered within two business hours. Anything arriving after 7:00pm, on a Saturday afternoon or on a Sunday is answered by 10:00am CT the next business day. If your question needs research we cannot finish inside that window, you still get the reply on time, from a named agent, saying what is being checked and when the full answer lands.
The first response is a short message and, where it helps, two or three questions. The second step is a call of about twenty minutes to set scope, timeline and budget. Nothing binds you until a written representation, listing, leasing or management agreement is signed, and that agreement states the fee in dollars before your signature goes on it. Sending this form does not create an agency relationship. By giving us your number you agree we may call or text you about your enquiry; you can stop that at any time by replying STOP or telling your agent, message rates may apply, and how we handle your data is set out in full. The engagement terms are covered at length in the full FAQ, and the people who would be on your file are listed on about TheKabza.com.

Where we are
Six metros, resident agents, one office you can walk into
Austin is the licensed headquarters. Everywhere else, we come to you
-
Austin, Texas
Headquarters · walk-in by appointment
600 Congress Avenue, Suite 1400. The central corridor, the Eanes, Lake Travis and Leander school zones, the Georgetown-to-Kyle suburban ring and the downtown high-rise market, plus the MUD and PID assessments and homestead protest calendar that decide what a payment really costs.
-
Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas
By appointment across both counties
Plano, Frisco, Prosper and McKinney in the northern corridor; Southlake, Colleyville and Grapevine in the mid-cities; Lakewood, the M Streets and Bishop Arts in Dallas; the TCU area and the Alliance corridor in Fort Worth. Foundation opinions and hail-region insurance quotes belong in the option period here.
-
Houston, Texas
By appointment, inside and outside the Loop
The Heights, Montrose, West University and Bellaire inside the Loop; Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland, Cypress and The Woodlands beyond it. Deed restrictions stand in for zoning, and flood zone, elevation certificate, claim history and a real policy quote come before the inspection period closes.
-
Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona
By appointment across the Valley
Arcadia and the Biltmore corridor, North Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, the Gilbert and Chandler semiconductor corridor, and the West Valley new-build ring. Roof age, HVAC life in extreme heat, pool equipment and irrigation rights are where the money hides here.
-
Miami, Florida
By appointment, English and Spanish
Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and Pinecrest on the single-family side; Brickell, Edgewater and the coastal submarkets on the condo side. Estoppel letters, reserve studies, board minutes and quoted windstorm and flood premiums decide these purchases, not the asking price.
-
Nashville, Tennessee
By appointment either side of the county line
12 South, Sylvan Park, Germantown and East Nashville inside Davidson; Brentwood, Franklin and Nolensville in Williamson; Mount Juliet and Hendersonville further out. Historic overlays and the owner-occupied short-term rental permit rules change a pro forma before the numbers do.
Before you call
Before you call, four things people ask
Contact questions answered plainly
Will I reach an actual agent, or a call center?
A licensed agent. TheKabza.com does not use an outsourced answering service or a lead qualification desk, and your enquiry is never resold to other brokerages. The agent who replies is the agent who would stay on your file from the first showing to the final walkthrough, and their name, license number and direct line are written into any agreement before you sign it.
How quickly will someone get back to me?
Within two business hours for anything sent Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 7:00pm CT, and by 10:00am CT the next business day for anything sent outside those hours. If an honest answer needs research, the on-time reply tells you who is checking what and when you will have it, instead of going quiet.
Do I have to sign anything to talk to you?
No. The first call, the market questions and a written home valuation cost nothing and commit you to nothing. Representation begins only when you sign a written buyer, listing, leasing or management agreement, and that document states the fee in dollars, the term and how to cancel before your signature goes on it.
Can we meet somewhere other than the Austin office?
Yes, and in five of our six metros that is the norm. We meet at the property, at your title company, at your lender's office or by video, usually within two business days of the first call. If you are relocating from outside our markets, we start on video and tour in one planned block once you are in town.
